INSTGAT Offices

The project was assigned by the client having in mind an extension of their business (the company specializes in gas, heating and plumbing installations). The plot is located next to where the company used to function in a nave-like structure. The new building overtook the administrative department and part of the storage.
Functionally, structurally and visually, the building was split into two wings articulated by the staircase:
- the storage, a ground level building, built on a light metallic structure, closed in sandwich panels
- the administrative building in a three level high volume, with a concrete structure, closed in brick. This administrative wing had its ventilated facades set up in lightweight aluminum panels, rendered in the company’s brand colours – grey and red.
